Cerberus Capital, which boasts a loan book exceeding $1 billion in India, has significant investments in bonds issued by Shapoorji Pallonji group companies, with exposure estimated between $700-800 million. Meanwhile, Apollo Global Management, which manages $840 billion in assets globally, is looking to enhance its private credit business in Asia and aims to double its investment portfolio in India from $2 billion.
