In Ghaziabad, a 30-year-old office manager has been booked for allegedly molesting a 26-year-old colleague following an office party in Indirapuram. According to police reports, the woman, an executive at an IT company in Noida, claimed that the manager forced her into his car and subsequently assaulted her. She also alleged that he threatened to ruin her professional life and create issues for her friend. An FIR was filed under sections 74 (assault or criminal force to a woman with intent to outrage her modesty) and 351(2) (criminal intimidation) at the Indirapuram police station. The Assistant Commissioner of Police, Abhishek Srivastava, stated that the complainant's statements are being recorded and a medical examination will be conducted. The investigation is ongoing, and no arrests have been made so far.
