Executive Centre India Limited has secured a significant lease of 480,000 sq. ft at Worldmark Aerocity, located in New Delhi. This expansion will occur in three phases, starting with Building 4, which will provide 101,000 sq. ft and 1,100 workstations. Following this, Building 6 will offer 112,000 sq. ft and 1,220 workstations, while the final phase in Building 8 will encompass 267,505 sq. ft with the capacity for 2,800 workstations.
