The Aggies, now 11–4 in conference play, extended their winning streak to five games. The match was marked by dramatic swings; after a scoreless first inning, Texas A&M took an early lead with a single from freshman Maddie Sauni. Ole Miss responded with a solo home run, but the Aggies quickly regained control with a grand slam from shortstop KK Dement, who later added another homer to extend the lead to 7–1. However, Ole Miss rallied with a five-run inning, narrowing the gap to 7–6. Texas A&M's Micaela Wark hit a three-run homer, pushing the lead to 10–6. Despite a tense finish with Ole Miss threatening in the final inning, Sidne Peters struck out two batters to secure the win. The Aggies will face Baylor on April 15.
