On Friday, Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Saini announced the disbursement of ₹1,665 crore to beneficiaries under 18 different government schemes. This includes the sixth installment of the Lado Lakshmi Yojana, which received ₹203 crore, benefiting 9.68 lakh women and bringing the total disbursement under the scheme to ₹1,038 crore. Additionally, ₹1,144 crore was transferred to 35.55 lakh beneficiaries under various social security pension schemes, including old-age and disability pensions. The government has adopted a proactive governance model that streamlines eligibility through the Parivar Pehchan Patra database, eliminating the need for applications. Under the Dayalu Scheme, ₹298.07 crore was provided to 7,875 families, totaling ₹2,416.30 crore for 64,098 families. Furthermore, the CM announced a relief package of ₹30 lakh per family for the families of two firefighters who tragically lost their lives in Faridabad, along with job provisions for one dependent from each family.
