During a rally in Meham, Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini addressed farmers' concerns regarding wheat procurement, assuring them that every grain will be purchased. He accused the opposition of misleading farmers and emphasized that the government has made arrangements to facilitate crop procurement without difficulties. Saini highlighted that since the BJP came to power in 2014, 1.80 lakh youths have been employed, with 36,000 jobs created during the current tenure. In a separate rally in Jind, he unveiled development projects worth ₹253 crore ($30 million USD), marking a significant infrastructure push in the district. Over the past eleven and a half years, the BJP government has invested ₹2,217 crore ($267 million USD) in Jind, compared to ₹380 crore ($46 million USD) during the previous Congress government's tenure. Among the inaugurated projects are micro-irrigation systems and solar-powered irrigation facilities. Saini also announced plans for a new Industrial Model Township in Jind and laid the foundation for various development projects.
