In a tragic incident in Ayodhya district, Uttar Pradesh, a 22-day-old infant died after being found beside his father's body, who had allegedly been killed by the child's mother. The incident occurred in the Raunahi area, where police suspect the mother bludgeoned her husband to death with a hammer before committing suicide by jumping in front of a train. A suicide note recovered from the scene revealed that the mother claimed to have faced harassment from her husband and in-laws. After the mother’s death, police discovered the infant crying beside the blood-soaked body of his father, who was found with a blood-stained hammer nearby. The baby was rushed to medical care but unfortunately died the next morning due to neglect and lack of care for several hours.
