The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Bodh Gaya celebrated its 8th annual convocation, awarding degrees to 579 students, including the first batch of doctoral scholars. The event featured Ashishkumar Chauhan, the MD and CEO of the National Stock Exchange (NSE) of India, who highlighted the necessity of mindful decision-making in today's rapidly changing financial markets. Among the graduates, 328 received MBA degrees, while 86 earned an MBA in digital business management, 101 in hospital and healthcare management, and 60 completed a BBA under the integrated programme in management. The convocation was opened virtually by L Ramkumar, chairperson-in-charge of the board of governors, and IIM Bodh Gaya director Vinita S Sahay presented the annual report, noting significant academic growth and global partnerships with 43 institutions. Placement outcomes were strong, with 409 students securing job offers from over 180 companies, including major firms like Accenture, Deloitte, and Infosys. The highest domestic package reached ₹30 lakh per annum, while international offers soared to ₹45.63 lakh.
