The Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) has released the final results for the Review Officer (RO) and Assistant Review Officer (ARO) Examination-2023, with 419 candidates selected, including 81 women, who represent over 19% of the successful candidates. Anil Pandey achieved the top rank among the 322 Review Officer posts, followed by Aditya Pratap Singh and Lakshmi Verma, the highest-ranked female candidate in third place. In the 40 Assistant Review Officer posts, Shamsul Huda secured the first position, with Ashish Kumar Dwivedi and Anupam Kumar Upadhyay following in second and third, respectively. The selection process began on October 9, 2023, but was delayed for about two-and-a-half years due to a question paper leak during the preliminary examination held on February 11, 2024. UPPSC Secretary Ashok Kumar noted that the main examination took place on February 2 and 3, 2026, with 5,930 candidates participating. The results are provisional and depend on the verification of original documents, with further notifications regarding document verification to be issued later. Detailed marks and category-wise cut-off scores will also be made available on the UPPSC website soon.
