Khanna's stake amounts to 3.53 million shares, and she has a history with Rain Industries, having previously held a larger stake from 2017 to 2019. The company's ownership is primarily with public shareholders, with 58.65% of shares held publicly. Despite the recent surge, Rain Industries' stock has underperformed in 2026, falling 16% compared to a 7% decline in the benchmark index. The company specializes in producing calcined petroleum coke and has a market capitalization of ₹4,130.32 crore. Rain Industries reported revenues of ₹44.77 crore for Q3FY26, but its net profit dropped to ₹0.63 crore from ₹11.27 crore in the previous quarter.
