Keystone Realtors Ltd, a key player in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region's real estate market, announced a 58% rise in pre-sales for the fourth quarter of FY26, totaling ₹1,346 crore compared to ₹854 crore in the same quarter last year. For the entire fiscal year, the company's sales bookings surged 33% to ₹4,022 crore, up from ₹3,028 crore in FY25. Boman Irani, the Chairman and Managing Director, attributed this growth to robust demand for properties and successful business strategies, including the launch of 7 new projects with an estimated revenue potential of ₹9,813 crore. The company is strategically positioned to leverage redevelopment opportunities in Mumbai, which remains a significant focus area. Irani emphasized that with a strong balance sheet, Keystone Realtors is well-prepared to capitalize on market momentum.
