Sri Guru Granth Sahib World University held its fifth convocation in Fatehgarh Sahib, Punjab, India, where 31 scholars were awarded PhD degrees and 616 students received their bachelor's and master's degrees. The ceremony recognized 27 meritorious students with gold medals for their academic excellence. Punjab Governor Gulab Chand Kataria congratulated the graduates and stressed the importance of value-based and skill-oriented education in a rapidly changing world. He encouraged students to contribute positively to society while honoring the ethical values of the Sikh Gurus. The university's vice-chancellor, Prit Pal Singh, presented the annual report, highlighting significant achievements in academics, research, infrastructure, and student placements. The event was attended by university officials, faculty, and members of the Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee (SGPC).
