Worcestershire County Cricket Club has confirmed that they have received the No Objection Certificate (NOC) for Beyers Swanepoel, a South African all-rounder, allowing him to start training with the team. This approval comes after Swanepoel's controversial exit from the Lions during their 50-over cup final against the Titans on March 29, where he left the field without permission and without the necessary NOC. The club stated that Swanepoel, who signed a season-long red ball deal in December, is now able to build his match fitness ahead of their next fixture against Kent at New Road on April 24. To cover for the early rounds of the County Championship, Worcestershire has also secured Warwickshire seamer Olly Hannon-Dalby on a 14-day loan.
