On April 11, fans attending the Everton vs. Brentford match at Gtech Community Stadium in Brentford, England, are invited to donate non-perishable food items to assist those experiencing food poverty in the local community. The initiative is a collaboration with Utilita Giving and aims to support the Hounslow Community FoodBox, which provides emergency food and support to vulnerable individuals and families in Hounslow. Donations will be collected outside the box office at entrance B of the stadium from 12:30 PM until kick-off. Items especially needed include tinned potatoes, meat, vegetables, fruit, soup, pasta, cereals, and cooking oil. Additionally, monetary contributions will be accepted and shared between community projects organized by FoodBox and Utilita Giving. This effort highlights the importance of community support in addressing food insecurity.
