Gupta emphasized that such threats undermine the functioning of the Assembly and instill fear among employees. He highlighted the importance of the Delhi Legislative Assembly as a crucial democratic institution and called for immediate action to trace the source of these threats. The emails, written in Hindi, also referenced the Tamil Nadu Assembly elections and demanded the evacuation of Muslim employees.
