Apple is reportedly working on a new feature for its Safari browser called 'Organize Tabs,' which will automatically group open tabs for users. This feature is expected to be included in iOS 27, iPadOS 27, and macOS 27. According to Bloomberg's Mark Gurman, users will have the option to enable or disable automatic grouping. This development builds on the Tab Groups feature introduced in Safari 15 in 2021. Notably, Google has already launched a similar capability in Chrome, known as Organize Similar Tabs, in January 2024, showcasing its advancements in generative AI. Apple is anticipated to unveil the 'Organize Tabs' feature at the upcoming WWDC26 event, scheduled for June 8.
