Fractal Analytics, a prominent AI company, announced impressive financial results for the fourth quarter ending March 31, 2026. The company's consolidated profit after tax (PAT) surged to ₹116 crore, a significant increase from ₹55.5 crore in the same quarter last year. This growth was largely driven by the healthcare and life sciences (HLS) segment, which saw an 82% year-over-year increase in Q4 and a 66% increase for the entire fiscal year. The Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) segment also contributed with a 32% growth for the full year. Consolidated revenue from operations for the quarter rose by 17% to ₹886 crore, compared to ₹757.5 crore in Q4 of the previous year. The Americas region, which constitutes 68% of Fractal's revenue, grew by 17% year-over-year, while Europe, contributing 18% of total revenue, experienced a 24% growth. The company ended the year with ₹2,052 crore in cash, including ₹957 crore from its IPO, and has successfully repaid its long-term debt, making it debt-free. For the fiscal year 2026, Fractal Analytics reported a consolidated PAT of ₹287 crore, reflecting a 30% increase from ₹221 crore in the previous year, with total annual revenue reaching ₹3,299.7 crore, a 19% increase from ₹2,765.4 crore in FY'25.
