This week, the primary market is expected to be relatively quiet, with no mainboard IPOs opening for subscription. However, the IPO of Amba Auto Sales & Services, an authorized dealer for Bajaj Auto, will open on April 27 and close on April 29, aiming to raise ₹65.12 crore through a fresh issue of 48 lakh shares priced between ₹130–135 per share. Investors can bid for a minimum of two lots of 1,000 shares each. The grey market trends for Amba Auto remain muted, with unlisted shares trading at zero grey market premium (GMP).
Additionally, Adisoft Technologies is set to list on April 30 after its ₹74-crore SME IPO, which saw decent subscription. The minimum investment for retail investors is around ₹2.75 lakh for a lot size of 1,600 shares, indicating elevated ticket sizes in the SME segment.
