Tushar Tyagi, a 24-year-old farmer and property dealer from Doyami village in Hapur district, was found dead in his SUV on the Meerut-Bulandshahr highway, having sustained three gunshot wounds to the head. His wife, Shikha Tyagi, reported that Tushar was abducted by Bittu Tyagi, a local political leader, and his associates. She received alarming information via a WhatsApp call that her husband was being threatened before both his mobile phones were turned off. Family members began searching for him and later found his body in his vehicle. Shikha alleged that Tushar had a prior dispute with Tarun Tyagi, who had threatened him during an altercation. Police have taken Bittu Tyagi and another individual into custody for questioning and have registered an FIR based on Shikha's complaint.
