Oracle Financial Services Software (OFSS) has announced a second interim dividend of Rs 270 per share for the financial year 2026, with May 7 designated as the record date. Investors must acquire shares by today to qualify for the dividend, which is expected to be paid by May 21. The company has maintained a consistent dividend policy, with a yield of 4.06% based on the latest closing price of Rs 9,726.50 per share on the National Stock Exchange (NSE). OFSS has declared a total of 18 dividends since August 2002, demonstrating its commitment to rewarding shareholders. In its recent Q4 results, OFSS reported a net profit of Rs 842 crore, a 31% increase from Rs 644 crore in the same quarter last year. Revenue from operations rose by 20% to Rs 2,065 crore. The stock has performed well, gaining 2% in the past week and 39% over the last month, despite broader market concerns related to geopolitical tensions and technological disruptions.
