The revenue from operations rose 14.13% year-on-year to ₹1,791.41 crore, demonstrating strong growth across various business segments. Profit before tax reached ₹31.95 crore, compared to ₹0.95 crore in the same quarter last year. The company’s EBITDA stood at ₹112 crore, reflecting a 43.59% increase from Q4 FY25. For the full fiscal year, revenue increased to ₹6,999 crore, up from ₹6,105 crore in FY25, with EBITDA climbing to ₹376 crore from ₹284 crore. The operational profit after tax (PAT) turned positive at ₹8.2 crore, a significant recovery from a loss of ₹35.8 crore in FY25. The Express Business saw a remarkable 25% growth in revenue, while the Freight Forwarding sector achieved 14% growth despite global trade challenges. The company also announced a final dividend of ₹2.50 per equity share for FY26, pending shareholder approval. Hemant Sikka, the managing director and CEO, emphasized the company's commitment to becoming the leading logistics service provider in India, focusing on technology-driven solutions and customer satisfaction.
