The record date for this dividend is set for April 25, 2026, with payments to be made by May 5, 2026. In its March quarter earnings, the company reported a 4.2% growth in consolidated net profit, amounting to ₹4,488 crore, compared to ₹4,307 crore in the same quarter last year. Revenue from operations also saw a significant increase of 12%, reaching ₹33,981 crore. HCL's dividend payout has now reached 93 consecutive quarters, with a full-year dividend of ₹60 per share and a payout ratio of 97.6% for FY2026. The company projects revenue growth between 1% and 4% year-over-year in constant currency, with services revenue growth expected between 1.5% and 4.5%. HCL's Chairperson, Roshni Nadar Malhotra, emphasized the company's commitment to adapting to technological changes and investing in AI to leverage future growth opportunities.
