The Dhurandhar film series, directed by Aditya Dhar and featuring a notable cast including Ranveer Singh, Akshaye Khanna, R Madhavan, and Sanjay Dutt, has achieved significant commercial success, grossing over ₹3,000 crore globally. Co-producer Jyoti Deshpande recently hinted at the possibility of more content related to the franchise, stating, “We’re not done with Dhurandhar yet” and promising a surprise for fans later this year. This statement has sparked speculation about a potential third installment, although no official confirmation has been made. In contrast, actor Rakesh Bedi, who plays a key role in the series, expressed doubt about the likelihood of a third film, suggesting that while Dhurandhar could continue as a franchise, it might feature different actors. He emphasized that the audience's expectations have shifted significantly due to the success of the first two films, making them eager for more.
