The collaboration will see the development of a ₹4,000 crore residential project in Gurugram's Sector 71, covering 12.4 acres and comprising 812 units in various configurations. The project, which is set to launch this weekend, represents an estimated investment of ₹2,891 crore. Lamborghini will infuse his Italian design philosophy into the project, while Signature Global will manage development and sales.
