On Monday, the BJP government in West Bengal expanded its Cabinet by adding 35 new ministers, just three weeks after Chief Minister Suvendu Adhikari and five others took their oaths. The swearing-in ceremony, conducted by Governor RN Ravi at Nabanna, increased the total number of ministers to 41, including the Chief Minister.
