Actor Jacqueline Fernandez is set to return to the Cannes Film Festival in 2026, scheduled from May 12 to 23. Last year, she was recognized by the Red Sea Film Foundation for her contributions to cinema, emphasizing her role in showcasing South Asian talent globally. In addition to Fernandez's participation, filmmaker Payal Kapadia will serve as the president of the jury for the 65th edition of Critics' Week, which runs from May 13 to 21. Kapadia is noted for winning the Cannes Competition Grand Prix with her film All We Imagine As Light and will be joined by a diverse jury including industry professionals from various backgrounds.
