Microsoft has introduced a limited edition Xbox Series X console to commemorate the 25th anniversary of the brand. This special edition, known as the Xbox Series X 25 Limited Edition, showcases a translucent green design that pays homage to the original Xbox. The console features a green-lit Xbox button, reminiscent of the classic startup animation, as noted by Jason Ronald, Vice President of next-generation Xbox. Alongside the console, a matching Xbox Wireless Controller will be available, designed to resemble the iconic 'Duke' controller but in a slimmer form. Both the console and controller will be offered as a limited edition collection in November, although specific pricing details have yet to be disclosed. The controller can also be purchased separately. Further announcements regarding pricing and preorder information are expected soon, targeting select markets for availability.
