During an interview with Times Now, Hooda expressed his suspicion that some leaks are orchestrated to create buzz around a project, calling it a 'great PR peg.' Director Neerraj Pathak echoed Hooda's sentiments, describing such leaks as tragic, as they can spoil the creative surprises that filmmakers work hard to maintain. He emphasized the disappointment that comes when years of storytelling and character design are undermined by premature leaks. 'Inspector Avinash Season 2' is set to premiere on May 15 on JioHotstar and will delve into darker themes, following the titular character, a supercop, as he faces personal and professional challenges stemming from a murder case involving his son.
