During a meeting held at the Rajatadri district office complex in Manipal-Udupi, she highlighted the ongoing efforts to survey and collect handwritten texts across the country. The mission, sponsored by the Union government, seeks to utilize modern technology to safeguard India's rich cultural heritage. Swaroopa encouraged universities, museums, organizations, monasteries, and individuals to document and contribute their manuscripts. She noted that the initiative would provide public access to Karnataka's cultural heritage through a single national platform. To facilitate participation, individuals can upload their documents via the Gyan Bharatam app, or surveyors will visit them if they provide information. A promotional poster for the mission was also unveiled at the meeting.
