Ishaan Khatter has officially announced his upcoming comedy film, 'Jugaadu', directed by Palash Vaswani, who is known for the popular series 'Gullak'. The film is set to start shooting later this month in Punjab, India, following a mahurat ceremony that took place in Mumbai on April 30, 2026. The announcement was made via Khatter's Instagram, where he expressed his excitement about the project, stating, 'Cooking with an incredible and passionate team to bring you this riot of an entertainer in cinemas soon.' The film features a diverse cast, including Abhishek Banerjee, Jameel Khan, and Vaibhav Raj Gupta. Producers of the film include Ramesh Taurani, Pammi Baweja, Harman Baweja, and Jaya Taurani. In addition to 'Jugaadu', Khatter is preparing for the second season of his web series 'The Royals', which will return to Netflix, continuing the story of Prince Aviraaj Singh, played by Khatter.
