The Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) is set to launch the E-PRAAPTI portal, an Aadhaar-based platform designed to help members access and reactivate dormant provident fund accounts. Currently, there are 2.15 million inoperative accounts with a total of ₹8,505 crore (approximately $1.03 billion USD) in unclaimed funds.
