Dell has launched the new 14S and 16S laptops, designed as replacements for its previous Plus models. These mid-range laptops are equipped with Intel Core Ultra Series 3 processors, offering significant performance improvements, with multi-tasking speeds nearly twice as fast as earlier models. Users can also choose AMD Ryzen AI 400 Series processors. The laptops come with Windows 11 and are Copilot+ PCs, featuring dedicated keys for AI tasks. The 14S boasts a battery life of up to 24 hours for productivity and 18 hours for streaming, while the 16S can last 26 hours when streaming and 14 hours for daily tasks. Both models offer FHD+ displays with options for QHD+ and OLED displays. Weighing 3.2 lbs for the 14S and 3.9 lbs for the 16S, they are available in Celestial Blue or Frost Blue, with memory options of 16GB or 32GB and storage ranging from 512GB to 2TB. The 14S starts at $1,270 and the 16S at $1,320, with AMD versions expected later this month.
