During a recent meeting of the State Transformation Commission in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath emphasized the need for a mission-mode approach to complete key infrastructure projects. He highlighted the importance of expressways, industrial parks, and logistic hubs, urging officials to remove procedural hurdles for timely project completion. Notably, he set a target for 90% land availability for the Chitrakoot Link Expressway by May 31. The chief minister announced that the foundation stone for a Bharat Electronics Limited unit will be laid soon at the Chitrakoot node of the Defence Corridor. He also reviewed the progress of several expressways and called for expedited actions on the Agra-Lucknow-Purvanchal Link and other projects. Furthermore, Yogi Adityanath discussed the Mukhyamantri Model Composite School Scheme, aiming to enhance education quality with plans for 150 new schools across 75 districts. He underscored the significance of the Multi Model Logistic Hub in Greater Noida, which is expected to connect the state to national and global supply chains, with 301 hectares already acquired for development.
