Union Defence Minister Rajnath Singh and Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu laid the foundation for the Advanced Medium Combat Aircraft (AMCA) project in Puttaparthi, Andhra Pradesh. The project, costing approximately ₹15,803 crore (around $1.9 billion USD), aims to create 7,500 jobs and enhance India's defense manufacturing capabilities.

On Friday, Union Defence Minister Rajnath Singh and Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu inaugurated the foundation stone for the Advanced Medium Combat Aircraft (AMCA) project in Puttaparthi, Andhra Pradesh.
