Kolte-Patil Developers, a prominent real estate firm, experienced a 15% increase in its share price following the release of its Q4FY26 business update. The shares hit an intra-day high of ₹398.4 before settling at ₹388.3, while the BSE Sensex rose by 0.25% to 78,185.81. The company reported record quarterly collections of ₹834 crore, marking an 18% increase both quarter-on-quarter (Q-o-Q) and year-on-year (Y-o-Y). For the full fiscal year FY26, total collections reached ₹2,689 crore, reflecting an 11% Y-o-Y growth and a five-year compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 19%. Sales for Q4FY26 amounted to ₹714 crore, driven by strong demand for new launches and sustained sales across its portfolio. The average price realization for the quarter was ₹9,601 per sq ft, up 21% Y-o-Y. The company also launched about 1 million sq ft of projects in Q4FY26, contributing to a total of 4.6 million sq ft for the year. Kolte-Patil Developers has a significant presence in Pune, Mumbai, and Bengaluru, and recently partnered with Blackstone, which acquired a 40% stake in the company.
