Revenue for the quarter reached ₹196 crore, a 13% rise from ₹175 crore in Q4FY25, fueled by record electricity trading volumes of 39.4 billion units, which surged 24.3% year-over-year. The standalone revenue was ₹194 crore, with a profit after tax of ₹124 crore, both reflecting an 11% YoY growth. For the full fiscal year, IEX's consolidated revenue climbed 13.6% to ₹747 crore, and PAT rose 14.9% to ₹492.9 crore. The company also traded 71.71 lakh Renewable Energy Certificates (RECs), achieving a 6.1% growth during the quarter. In light of these results, IEX's board approved a final dividend of ₹2 per share, with the record date set for May 15. The decline in Market Clearing Prices for both the Day Ahead Market and Real-Time Market indicates a favorable supply environment, attributed to increased generation from renewable sources and stable coal supply.
