'Dhurandhar', the successful spy franchise featuring Ranveer Singh, is expanding its reach with a behind-the-scenes feature set to release on OTT. Following the massive success of the sequel 'Dhurandhar: The Revenge', the franchise has secured a staggering ₹155 crore (approximately $18.6 million USD) digital deal with JioHotstar, making it one of the largest OTT acquisitions for a Hindi film. Unlike the first installment, which was available on Netflix, this sequel will be showcased on JioHotstar. Fans can anticipate the film's streaming debut in late May or early June 2026, strategically timed after the Indian Premier League (IPL) concludes. In 'Dhurandhar 2', Ranveer Singh returns as Jaskirat Singh Rangi, who has embraced a darker persona as Hamza Ali Mazari, navigating the treacherous underworld of Karachi. The sequel promises to delve into his past and features an ensemble cast including R Madhavan, Rakesh Bedi, Sara Arjun, and Arjun Rampal.
