She pointed out that Jaipur, built over three centuries ago, still functions effectively despite significant population growth, thanks to the foresight of its original planners. Kumari emphasized that the intention behind the city's design was to accommodate future generations, highlighting the importance of sustainable and long-term planning. She also noted that the Vastu system, which incorporates sustainability and environmental balance, remains relevant today. The Council of Architecture's initiatives aim to shift the mindset of students, encouraging them to blend modern living with cultural heritage. Kumari urged today's architects to harness their imagination to create enduring urban spaces, drawing inspiration from the past while addressing contemporary challenges.
