Nagendra Nath Tripathi has been appointed as the BJP's national organiser for outreach to senior karyakartas, a newly created position aimed at strengthening ties with veteran members of the Sangh Parivar. With a career spanning almost forty years, Tripathi brings significant organisational experience from his roles in the RSS, Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP), and BJP. This outreach initiative focuses on identifying and reconnecting with long-serving workers who have felt sidelined due to the party's recent focus on expanding its coalition and electoral preparations. Previously, Tripathi served as Kshetriya Sangathan Mantri for Bihar and Jharkhand, and his new role will shift his base to Delhi. His responsibilities will include extensive tours across India to engage with senior karyakartas, address their concerns, and ensure their contributions are acknowledged. This move is seen as a way to reinforce the BJP's connection with the RSS and ensure that experienced members remain integrated within the evolving organisational structure of the Sangh Parivar.
