Despite this downturn, the film's total net collection in India has reached ₹184.85 crore, with a worldwide gross of ₹292 crore. The Tamil version remains the primary contributor to earnings, while the Telugu dubbed version has also added to the tally. The film's narrative combines elements of mythology and legal drama, featuring Suriya as Saravanan, a lawyer embodying the deity Karuppusamy. Director RJ Balaji's wife celebrated the film's success on social media, marking it as a personal milestone.
