Prime Minister Narendra Modi distributed over 51,000 appointment letters during the 19th Rozgar Mela, which was held across 47 locations in India via video conferencing. The newly recruited individuals will join various central government sectors, including Railways, Banking, Defence, Health, and Education. Modi emphasized that these appointees are now crucial partners in India's development journey, responsible for contributing to the nation's vision of becoming a developed country. He noted that global interest in India is at an all-time high, especially regarding its youth and technological advancements. Modi referenced his recent trip to five countries, where he observed a strong desire among global leaders to engage with India's growth. He highlighted India's role as a trusted global supply chain hub, particularly in advanced technology, citing a significant agreement between the semiconductor company ASML in the Netherlands and Tata, which promises to create numerous job opportunities. Additionally, Modi pointed out India's growing collaborations in artificial intelligence and supercomputing with nations like Sweden and the UAE, which will further enhance India's technological landscape and provide more opportunities for its youth.
