Adani Total Gas has announced the appointment of Sanjay Pandita as the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective May 22, 2026, succeeding Suresh P. Manglani. With a robust background spanning 25 years in the energy industry, Pandita is recognized for his expertise in natural gas, liquefied natural gas (LNG), and low-carbon energy solutions. His previous roles include leadership positions at Reliance Industries Limited and Nayara Energy, where he focused on commercial growth and strategic initiatives. Pandita has played a pivotal role in advancing India's clean energy agenda through various initiatives, including biogas and hydrogen mobility solutions. He holds a B.Tech degree, a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, and a Post Graduate qualification in Executive Business Management from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Kolkata. Meanwhile, Manglani will transition to the role of Executive Director at Adani Total Gas, bringing over three decades of experience in the oil and gas sector, with significant experience in midstream and downstream city gas distribution businesses. This leadership change comes at a time when the company is poised to enhance its focus on sustainable energy solutions.
