Puravankara Ltd, a prominent real estate firm, has entered into a Joint Development Agreement (JDA) to develop a housing project on an 11.23-acre site in Doddagubbi, North Bengaluru. This project is anticipated to yield a revenue potential of ₹1,100 crore and will encompass a developable area of 0.74 million sq ft. While the firm did not disclose the investment amount for the project, this development aligns with its strategic expansion in the region. Recently, Puravankara reported a significant turnaround in its financial performance, achieving a net profit of ₹56.75 crore for the fiscal year 2025-26, compared to a net loss of ₹182.92 crore in the previous year. The company's total income also saw a substantial increase, rising to ₹3,846.42 crore from ₹2,093.13 crore. As of March 31, 2026, Puravankara has successfully completed 95 projects across various cities, amounting to 57 million sq ft of developed space, and currently holds a land bank of 40 million sq ft with ongoing projects totaling 36.69 million sq ft.
