During the 19th Rozgar Mela held in Hubballi, Karnataka, Union Minister Pralhad Joshi reaffirmed the Centre's commitment to ensuring a transparent and corruption-free recruitment process. Speaking to newly recruited candidates, he emphasized the importance of their roles in contributing to a 'Viksit Bharat' (Developed India) and encouraged them to serve the nation with integrity and dedication. The Rozgar Parva initiative, launched under Prime Minister Narendra Modi's leadership, aims to enhance employment opportunities across the country. As part of this initiative, over 51,000 appointment letters were distributed to candidates from various sectors, including Railways, banking, and education. Joshi highlighted the achievements of Indian Railways, noting its nearly 99% electrification, which significantly reduces dependence on conventional fuels, and the country's advancements in renewable energy. The event was inaugurated by Modi through videoconferencing, showcasing the government's commitment to job creation even amidst global economic challenges.
