Patliputra University (PPU) in Patna, Bihar, has announced that the evaluation of undergraduate semester six exam answer sheets will take place from May 10 to May 20. This initiative is part of the university's effort to streamline its academic processes and is aimed at being the first institution in Bihar to declare results for the inaugural batch under the National Education Policy (NEP) for the 2023-27 session. Approximately 90,000 students will be evaluated by 5,000 examiners across two designated centers: JD Women’s College in Patna and Nalanda College in Nalanda district. PPU's examination controller, Manoj Kumar, emphasized that limiting the evaluation centers is intended to enhance coordination and ensure uniformity in marking. Additionally, the university plans to commence evaluations for postgraduate (PG) semester two and four exams from May 20, with around 12,000 students expected to participate in these assessments.
