The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) is taking decisive action to address unauthorized access issues within the Indian Premier League (IPL). In response, the BCCI will issue new guidelines to all franchises aimed at reinforcing existing protocols. An orientation meeting with IPL team CEOs is scheduled to ensure compliance. Concerns have been raised about lax security measures, especially after incidents involving players like Rajasthan Royals captain Riyan Parag and Punjab Kings bowler Yuzvendra Chahal, who were caught vaping in restricted areas.
