Clemson University has announced the addition of Liutauras Lelevicius, a 6-foot-7 guard from Lithuania, who has committed to the Tigers after spending last season at Texas Christian University (TCU). During his time at TCU, Lelevicius started in 22 of 34 games, averaging 8.0 points and 3.4 rebounds per game while shooting 45.7 percent from the field and 38 percent from three-point range. His standout performance included a season-high 24 points in a thrilling 104-100 overtime victory against Kansas. This move marks Lelevicius's third team in as many seasons, having previously played at Oregon State, where he averaged 8.7 points and 4.0 rebounds. He will have one season of eligibility left. Lelevicius is the third player Clemson has added from the NCAA transfer portal this offseason, joining former Samford forward Dylan Faulkner and former Notre Dame shooting guard Cole Certa, both of whom committed last week. Clemson finished the previous season with a record of 24-11 and reached the NCAA Tournament for the third consecutive year, although they were eliminated in the first round by the Iowa Hawkeyes.
