The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) has strongly condemned the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) for allegedly using fabricated images to misrepresent the residence of AAP chief Arvind Kejriwal. AAP Chief Spokesperson Priyanka Kakkar stated that these images, sourced from the internet, are false and part of a larger conspiracy by the BJP to mislead the public. Kakkar emphasized that the BJP has been spreading misinformation since Saturday morning, attempting to portray these images as Kejriwal's residence. She accused BJP leader Bansuri Swaraj of perpetuating these lies. Furthermore, Kakkar challenged the BJP to reveal the residence of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, claiming they are afraid due to AAP's growing influence in Modi's home state of Gujarat. The BJP has criticized the new bungalow allotted to Kejriwal in Lodhi Estate, dubbing it 'Sheesh Mahal 2' and alleging misuse of public funds for its amenities. Kakkar countered this by stating that the lavish tastes displayed are not representative of the common man.
