In Tuguegarao City, three men were arrested on June 5 during a police operation targeting crude oil theft in Barangay Libag Norte. The suspects were identified through closed-circuit television (CCTV) monitoring, which revealed a white commuter van linked to previous thefts. Police observed one suspect scaling a fence at the target facility, prompting a swift response from officers and the Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT) team.
