Revenue for the quarter reached ₹682 crore, marking a 28% year-on-year growth, and the EBITDA also hit a record at ₹77 crore. For the full fiscal year, Honasa Consumer reported an annual profit after tax of ₹200 crore. The board declared its first-ever final dividend of ₹3 per equity share, which represents 51.2% of the standalone profit after tax for FY26, pending shareholder approval. Chairman and CEO Varun Alagh noted that the company's investments in AI, product innovation, and distribution infrastructure are yielding positive results. Additionally, the Mamaearth brand continued to gain market share, with key products like Ubtan Face Wash and Onion Shampoo performing exceptionally well.
